Our Story

Meet your notary! Kayte Makowski grew up in Reno, Nevada where she met her amazing husband in their middle school years. After graduating high school they moved to Anchorage, AK where he served in the United States Army. After Kayte graduated college and they welcomed two boys, their little family decided to move to Olympia, WA. Upon moving, Kayte's husband became a firefighter, and Kayte fulfilled her desire to open her own business and become a notary public.  

For Kayte, notarizing documents is more than a quick transaction. Her goal is emphasizing her focus on customer service and ensuring the clients have a great experience. Anyone can stamp and sign a piece of paper, but for Kayte it is much more than that. As a people person, Kayte will take the time to get to know you and make the process less about the signing and more about the client. Additionally, with hours of training and awarded certifications, Kayte will ensure the signing is flawless and no errors have been made.

When Kayte is not traveling around the PNW notarizing documents, you can find her cheering on her boys at their sporting events, spending family time at a Rainiers or Mariniers game, or taking walks with their friendly chocolate lab.
