If you are married and looking to have your estate plans notarized, this package is for you. This signing typically has 13-20 notarizations. Witnesses may be required; we ask that check with your attorney before booking.
There are many different types of Power of Attorney's. Notarization adds a layer of security by verifying the identities of the signing parties. Notarization may be required for a POA to be legally binding. Moreover, it deters fraud by confirming that the principal signed the document willingly and under no duress. Witnesses may be required; we ask that check with your attorney before booking. (If there are less than 7 stamps, this price can decrease).
Pricing is ultimately up to escrow, these are negotiable. Loan signing rates are all inclusive, no extra fees. At the signing table, you will be provided a copy of the package. We will go over in detail what you are signing. We ensure all dates, stamps and signatures are not missed. We will be in contact after the signing with escrow, the lender and real estate agent (if applicable) to update them on the signing. Documents will be dropped asap at the escrow office or mailing center.

If you have chosen a package that is not all inclusive (i.e. general notarizations) and need your documents printed, we are happy to help and bring them to the signing! We print in black and white with a laser printer and documents can be printed on letter, legal or mixed.
