Olympia, WA | Lacey, WA | Tumwater, WA | DuPont, WA | Steilacoom, WA | Boston Harbor, WA | Shelton, WA | Chehalis, WA | Centralia, WA | Elma, WA | Rainier, WA | Yelm, WA | Tenino, WA | Roy, WA | Tacoma, WA | University Place, WA | Lakewood, WA

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing:

*Documents needing to be notarized

*One of the following unexpired identifications:

-Driver's license

-Passport

-State ID

-Military ID

*If your documents require witnesses, ensure they will be present with their valid ID as well

If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

We pride ourselves on offering fair and competitive travel fees. If you receive a lower quote from another local mobile notary, let us know — we’ll make sure you’re not paying more. For the most budget-friendly option, we recommend meeting at one of our convenient, central locations: The Grange Starbucks on Yelm Hwy in Tumwater, WA, or the Starbucks at Royal and Sleater-Kinney in Lacey, WA.

How soon can I book a signing?

We are a 24/7-365 mobile notary service. We can generally accommodate same day or next day appointments. We offer convenient online booking, or you can call or text us to schedule.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

At this time, our office does not provide witnesses for in person notarizations. If you request a Remote Online Notarization, we can provide witnesses for an additional fee. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office and we are happy to help.

Who can act as a witness?

If the notary does not need to notarize the witness's signature, then the notary can act as a witness. Neighbors and friends may act as witnesses, as long as they are not beneficiaries or named in the documents. Family members should not act as witnesses as this can be a gray area. As long as the witness is of the age 18 or over and understand what they are signing (of sane mind), then even a stranger can act as a witness.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in all States?

Remote online notarization is a fast and easy way to have your documents notarized. You do not have to be in the same state as us and can even be out of the country. As of June 2025, the only states that do not allow online notarization are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. If your state was not listed, we are able to provide you with RON services.

What platform do you use for Remote Online Notary?

The platform we currently use for our remote online notary is a platform called Proof (Notarize). We will send you a personalized link after booking that will take you to the website to verify your identity and upload your documents for notarization.
