Mobile Notary
We travel to you! General notary work includes the notarization of everyday documents such as affidavits, power of attorney, wills, deeds, and more. A notary’s role is to verify identity, witness signatures, and help prevent fraud—ensuring your documents are legally sound and properly executed.
Apostille Services
An apostille is a special certification that makes your documents valid for use in other countries. We help streamline the process by verifying, preparing, and submitting your documents to the appropriate agency—ensuring they’re properly authenticated for international use.
Certified Translation
Certified translation services ensure your important documents—such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, and legal contracts—are accurately translated and meet official requirements. We provide professionally certified translations that are accepted by government agencies, courts, and international institutions.
Remote Online Notary
Remote Online Notarization allows you to have your documents notarized virtually, from anywhere in the world. Using a secure online platform, we verify your identity and witness your signature in real time—making the process fast, legal, and convenient without the need to meet in person.

As a certified Loan Signing Agent, we specialize in handling real estate and loan documents with accuracy and professionalism. We guide signers through the signing process, ensure all forms are properly completed, and return documents promptly—helping lenders, escrow officers, and title companies close with confidence.

At this time, our office does not provide witnesses for in person notarizations. If you request a Remote Online Notarization, we can provide witnesses for an additional fee. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office and we are happy to help.
If the notary does not need to notarize the witness's signature, then the notary can act as a witness. Neighbors and friends may act as witnesses, as long as they are not beneficiaries or named in the documents. Family members should not act as witnesses as this can be a gray area. As long as the witness is of the age 18 or over and understand what they are signing (of sane mind), then even a stranger can act as a witness.
Remote online notarization is a fast and easy way to have your documents notarized. You do not have to be in the same state as us and can even be out of the country. As of June 2025, the only states that do not allow online notarization are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. If your state was not listed, we are able to provide you with RON services.
The platform we currently use for our remote online notary is a platform called Proof (Notarize). We will send you a personalized link after booking that will take you to the website to verify your identity and upload your documents for notarization.
